Sr. Java Developer - Hybrid Role - Dallas/TX

Looking for a Mid-Sr level Java developer with atleast 8 years of experience for a Banking Client with following skills :-

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications and services.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution of production incidents.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, actively contributing to technical discussions and decision-making processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with expertise in Java EE or Spring framework.
• Strong proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for writing clean and maintainable code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Project is in Dallas TX, 2 days hybrid (in a week).
