Job Title: Oracle Apps Techno-Functional Solution Architect
Location: San Ramon, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months
Model: Onsite initially (5 days/week), then 2 3 days hybrid later
Engagement Model: Onsite + Offshore Coordination

Job Summary

We are delivering a strategic implementation program for one of our enterprise clients in San Ramon, CA and are seeking a senior Oracle Apps Techno-Functional Solution Architect. This role will own end-to-end solution architecture, requirement gathering directly with business leaders, complex issue resolution, and driving migration initiatives from Oracle On-Prem environments to Oracle Cloud.

The ideal consultant must be hands-on with Oracle Fusion / ERP, EDQ, integrations, and must have strong experience working directly with business stakeholders while leading distributed (onsite/offshore) delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end migration strategy, roadmap and execution support from Oracle On-Prem to Oracle Cloud.
  • Directly work with business leadership to gather requirements, perform gap/fit analysis, sign-off solution design and validate deliverables.
  • Lead techno-functional architecture across Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP modules.
  • Provide solution design and fix complex master data challenges such as multiple contacts for a single customer/client.
  • Hands-on work in Oracle EDQ for data quality, standardization, profiling, cleansing and governance.
  • Create/Review FDD, TDD, configuration docs, test scripts and support UAT.
  • Manage and govern onsite + offshore delivery model including work allocation, review and technical leadership.
  • Define best practices, reusable patterns, integration strategy, data strategy and Cloud adoption roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience across Oracle Application suite (Oracle EBS & Oracle Fusion ERP).
  • Strong techno-functional architecture experience across Supply Chain and/or Finance modules.
  • Hands-on experience in On-Prem to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration (Mandatory).
  • Hands-on Oracle EDQ implementation experience (Mandatory).
  • Experience interacting directly with business stakeholders up to CxO level.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle data models, APIs, extensions, integrations and data conversions.
  • Proven experience resolving multi-contact / customer data model issues for a single client entity.
  • Strong experience leading mixed onsite/offshore delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and leadership skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Oracle Certifications (Fusion / Cloud ERP Architect)
  • Experience in OIC / Integration Cloud / SOA Suite
  • Experience in global rollout / multi-phase programs
