Preferred Qualifications:

This will be a 100% phone based support role.

1 2 years of support experience.

Demonstrable customer service experience.

Experience working within a L1/L2 Help Desk or Call Center.

Any experience working within the Financial Industry is a plus.

Team player with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
