Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will oversee various technical and administrative tasks to ensure seamless project execution and IT operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to the organization's technological success.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive desktop support for Windows-based systems, promptly addressing technical issues to maintain optimal performance.
Resolve Tier 1 service desk tickets with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring user satisfaction.
Establish and maintain productive vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and monitoring service quality.
Offer technical assistance for video conferencing systems, ensuring smooth operations during meetings and events.
Administer Active Directory by managing user accounts, permissions, and system updates.
Support and configure Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 platforms to meet organizational needs.
Collaborate with team members to tackle complex IT challenges and devise effective solutions.
Perform basic troubleshooting for network-related issues to ensure stable connectivity.
Maintain detailed documentation of IT incidents, resolutions, and system updates to ensure accurate tracking.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve IT processes.
Requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
At least 5 years of experience providing desktop support in a Windows-based environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications.
Practical experience with Active Directory administration.
Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and basic networking principles.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience in managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and service monitoring.
Relevant qualifications or educational background are preferred, though not mandatory.
