A recognized retail services company in New York City is seeking a new IT Infrastructure & Workplace Applications Associate to join their growing team. In this role, the IT Infrastructure & Workplace Applications Associate will be responsible for maintaining the seamless operation of the company's store's IT systems and workplace applications.


Responsibilities:



  • Maintain and improve IT systems to ensure efficient store operations and client-facing technologies are fully functional, contributing to an enhanced customer experience

  • Provide technical support for in-store hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring all devices and applications are up to date and running smoothly

  • Uphold company brand values by ensuring seamless, technology-driven experiences for both customers and staff

  • Gather feedback from store teams regarding technology usage, identify opportunities for improvements, and work with management to implement solutions that optimize service

  • Work cross-functionally with different departments to understand their tech needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver IT solutions that support store operations and client service excellence

  • Assist in ensuring that all IT infrastructure, from hardware to workplace applications, is functioning according to company standards, preventing downtime and disruptions.

  • Support the IT department with routine maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations and keeping technology systems running effectively

  • Ensure all IT systems comply with security standards and protocols to protect company data, supporting a secure and efficient working environment for staff and clients


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience in a Retail setting, with at least 2 years of experience in a Luxury and/or High-end Brand environment

  • Deep understanding of luxury fashion, footwear trends, and customer preferences, with a keen awareness of the company brand heritage and values

  • Proficient in handling POS systems, processing transactions, and managing administrative tasks with precision and efficiency

  • Strong eye for detail in product presentation, store layout, and visual merchandising, ensuring alignment with brand standards and luxury aesthetics
