Project Manager


LaSalle Network is partnering with a forward-thinking organization to bring on a French-speaking Project Manager to drive high-impact contact center transformation projects for a major enterprise client launching operations in France. This remote contract role supports global collaboration and requires availability across GMT and CST hours. With an urgent start and strong client-facing demands, we're looking for a confident communicator who thrives on fast-moving, complex initiatives.

Project Manager Responsibilities:



  • Lead full lifecycle contact center and cloud communication projects

  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and team deliverables using Smartsheet

  • Interface directly with executive clients and cross-functional teams

  • Create and maintain BRDs, UAT plans, and Go-Live documentation

  • Translate technical language for business audiences

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure project alignment

  • Drive stakeholder satisfaction

  • Support pre-sales activities including pricing estimates and resource planning



Project Manager Requirements:



  • 3+ years in project or program management with client-facing experience

  • Fluent in French and experienced with AMEA business environments

  • Deep understanding of CCaaS/contact center systems (Genesys, NICE, etc.)

  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a dynamic setting

  • Skilled communicator with a strong executive presence

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Wrike; Salesforce familiarity a plus

  • Experience managing budgets and resourcing in tech-heavy projects



Preferred:



  • PMI, Agile, or Scrum certification

  • Knowledge of content management and eCommerce integrations
