Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for daily support and engagement with the Teradata Client community on a variety of tasks including on boarding of new IDs, databases, etc. along with assisting on general questions.
- Role will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate to various teams both technical and non-technical. This role will be responsible for daily support and engagement with the Teradata Client community
Key responsibilities of platform ownership include:
- On boarding - assisting clients with on boarding of new IDs, databases, etc within Teradata
- Assisting with client communications
- Assisting in support of the Information Resource Center (IRC) website including new functionality, design and testing.
- General Teradata support
