Job Details

This client is a well known Boston-based hospital and physician network. They are hiring for a Junior Desktop Support Technician who can provide technical support for academic medical centers, hospitals, affiliated medical practices, and other digital support departments. You will be providing support for desktop resources, printers, workstation inventories, software installation, network connectivity testing, hardware deployment, and ticket documentation.

This is a great opportunity to further your career in IT and get hands on training with senior technicians. You will need a reliable car and an active driver's license for this position. This is a contract position that requires you to be on site in Somerville, MA and occasionally travel to other Boston-based locations. Required Skills & Experience
  • 1+ year(s) of experience of IT Support
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service focused environment
  • Experience supporting a Windows environment
  • Ability to lift and carry hardware and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car
