An established IT Consulting Firm & Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Massachusetts is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This hybrid role will require onsite presence 3 days per week in Jamaica Plain, MA, 1 day per week in Tewksbury, MA, and offers 1 remote day. The salary range is $80,000-$100,000 base, depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of IT support experience in an MSP or consulting environment
Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
Experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, resource groups, networking, backups)
Solid understanding of network fundamentals, including routing, switching, and firewalls
Proven ability to manage escalated help desk tickets through resolution
Desired Skills & Experience
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Associate, or CCNA
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations
Exposure to backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Datto, etc.)
Comfortable in a client-facing, multi-site support role
