This IT Administrator will be responsible for support software business processes, automating workflows and addressing inventory based data entry. This position is 100% Onsite in Lynnwood, WA and is a 6 month contract with potential to convert to hire. Apply today!

Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage software systems, including database setup, programming, and system optimization.
- Develop material lists, create project packages, and oversee vendor and asset management.
- Automate workflows to streamline processes and minimize manual tasks.
- Implement and maintain 3D design software, ensuring customers can create designs seamlessly through the website.
- Input and organize materials required for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Set up and manage firewalls, ensuring proper security protocols are in place.
- Provide access management for network sites and account settings.
- Conduct data entry and analysis to support inventory management and project planning.
- Take full ownership of projects, managing processes independently from start to finish.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Administrator.
- Knowledgeable in setting up and testing new software.
- Experience and general set up and configure of networks and firewalls.
- Strong ability to think and work through problems.
- Nice to have: Construction industry experience.
