Instructional Designer

• Design and own an end-to-end 12-week technical onboarding program aligned to role-critical tasks and workflows.


• Partner with SMEs and business leaders to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective digital learning.


• Develop engaging digital learning content (eLearning, simulations, videos, job aids, assessments).


• Configure and manage onboarding programs in the LMS (Cornerstone preferred).


• Pilot, evaluate, and continuously improve onboarding using learner feedback and performance metrics.


• Track onboarding success metrics and report insights to leadership.


• Manage content lifecycle and operate independently from discovery through deployment.

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer / Learning Experience Designer supporting technical onboarding.


• Strong technical fluency and ability to influence SMEs and senior stakeholders.


• Hands-on experience with digital learning tools (Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia) and LMS administration.


• Excellent writing, storyboarding, and project management skills.


• Experience in regulated environments preferred.


• Portfolio showcasing digital onboarding or learning solutions.
