Job Details
Skills Required:
- Technical Knowledge & Understanding: Proficiency with software development processes, technologies (e.g., APIs, cloud services, programming languages), and system architecture. Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Product Management & Strategy: Strong skills in product lifecycle management, from ideation through launch and iteration. Ability to define product vision, create roadmaps, and prioritize features based on business impact and user needs. Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback integration.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Capability to analyze data using tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, or product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude). Use metrics and KPIs to drive product improvements and validate hypotheses. Comfortable with A/B testing, user behaviour analysis, and interpreting technical data to inform decisions.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support. Skilled in managing expectations, negotiating priorities, and facilitating alignment among diverse groups.
- User-Centric Mindset & UX Understanding: Deep empathy for users and strong focus on user experience design principles. Ability to translate user feedback and pain points into actionable product features. Familiarity with UX/UI basics and working closely with design teams to deliver intuitive and engaging products.
