Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Workday Configuration Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting (Talent Management experience is a plus) to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing human capital management processes, enhancing compensation and recruiting systems, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • The consultant will lead the configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Responsibilities include developing and managing compensation plans, supporting salary reviews and bonus programs, and providing strategic guidance on compensation-related initiatives.
  • The role also involves overseeing Workday Recruiting configuration and enhancements, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teams to optimize candidate, requisition, and hiring workflows while maintaining data integrity and system efficiency. Additionally, the consultant will support Workday Talent Management modules, including performance management, goal setting, and succession planning.
  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
