The Team

Technology Group Activity Monitoring squad is looking for a highly-motivated, passionate problem solver analyst to work in a collaborative, iterative, and fast-paced environment, while delivering premier cloud-native and on-prem solutions to ensure Client is aligned with Anti Money Laundering Customer Identification Program and Customer Due Diligence regulations.

As a Senior Systems Analyst you are deeply committed to improving the value delivered to our customers. In an agile structure you will collaborate with other squad members, squad lead, chapter lead and business and technology partners in various business units across the firm to help establish the requirements for your squad, influence the strategic decisions and help build solutions for your domain. You need to gain a deep understanding of the existing business and applications to assist with requirements and design of updated technology solutions!

The Expertise You Have

Degree in Technology subject area/Business with strong IT focus

10+ years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field, financial services, or related environment

Proven ability to work with very highly functioning teams under pressure

Ability to work with business or technology partners in defining problem statements and resolving issues

Ability to gather requirements, document system integrations and flows, create stories and epics for squad deliverables

Experience working in an environment with multiple applications and integrations

Superb communication skills verbal, written, and presentation

Participate in the development and review of test plans by QA

Passionate about your craft with an ability to collaborate effectively and interact with global development team assist with clarifying customer requirements and quality check on products prior to customer release

Facilitate regular meetings with global development team and customer/squad lead

Ability to influence others with experience in conflict resolution

Support project and release planning and testing

Provide prompt and proactive status updates on assigned activities

Knowledge of Scaled Agile, Agile development methodologies, and Agile deployment

Adaptable and agile, can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines and make project adjustments to prioritize effectively and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment

Is driven and persistent. Proven track record of supporting effective organizational change

Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and become a contributor to a highly functioning team.

Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimum supervision.

Individual who can identify concerns and problems, who suggests options and brings solutions

Develop domain expertise for assigned components

Write user stories which include concise and clear system requirements that will be used by developers to implement solutions

SQL and database knowledge required

Knowledge of Java, REST, JSON, XML, and KAFKA a plus

Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS) and SaaS platforms for Sanction Screening and Anti- Money Laundering, a plus
