Salesforce Application Support Specialist

Role Summary:
The Salesforce AMS Support Specialist will be a key player within our Application Management Services (AMS) team, focusing on the Marketing & Sales (M&S) applications domain. Working in close coordination with and our offshore support team, this specialist will facilitate functional support, incident management, and foster strong relationships with end users and across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provision of specialized on-site support for (Salesforce / .Net) as it pertains to Marketing & Sales applications.
2. Expert involvement in Application Management Services (AMS) projects, as part of an extended team collaboration, supplemented by Level 2 and Level 3 support through our offshore team.
3. Prompt response and resolution of incidents, and active management of problems affecting the M&S applications and related business processes.
4. Direct engagement with end users to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently, maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
5. Liaison with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of the M&S application within the broader business environment.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong background in supporting Salesforce applications, especially within marketing and sales functions. They will be adept at problem-solving, possess excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders, and be skilled at navigating complex application environments. They should be comfortable providing both strategic and practical support as part of a dynamic AMS engagement.
