Please note that this is a 7-month contract.
Work Hours & Location:
- Remote (U.S.-based) (preferred Eastern Time working hours; flexible based on location)
- Standard business hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Occasional flexibility for specific deployment needs
- Preferred Eastern Time availability, but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with invoice tracking or PO management tools.
- Industry background is flexible telecom experience not required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 5 years of experience in roles involving billing, invoicing, deployment coordination, or logistics
- Bachelor's degree in business administration (or comparable years of relevant experience), Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Candidates with comparable life or work experience in billing and logistics coordination will be considered
- Emphasis on skills and functional background rather than education
- Proficiency in billing software and logistics management systems.

Position Overview:
Responsible for supporting billing, invoicing, deployment coordination, and logistical follow-through for managed network services. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience in project coordination, billing operations, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is key to ensuring accuracy in invoicing and efficiency in service execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoicing Operations:
- Manage direct customer billing and third-party pass-through invoicing.
- Prepare and process accurate and timely invoices.
- Track and process vendor purchase orders (POs) and invoices.
- Audit contractor and vendor invoices, verify charges, and address discrepancies or overcharges.
- Resolve issues such as missing billing, PO errors, or unpaid invoices.
- Maintain comprehensive billing records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support proper revenue recognition and cost accounting.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Deployment & Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate deployments including scheduling personnel, ensuring timely delivery of equipment, and syncing execution across all entities involved.
- Act as the central logistics coordinator to align all parties during deployment projects.
- Coordinate and manage shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and installation resources.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and installers to ensure smooth deployment logistics.
- Implement process enhancements based on project findings to improve operations.
- Provide regular status updates and manage tasks from initiation to completion.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with project managers to manually track billing workflows in the absence of automation.
- Maintain active communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support all operations.
- Handle inquiries from customers, vendors, and contractors regarding billing, logistics, and scheduling issues.
- Maintain a high level of accountability and serve as a point of coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
