Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst in a remote role, where you'll bridge the gap between business users and IT to drive impactful solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your analytical skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key liaison between business users and IT, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.
  • Identify and recommend IT-based solutions to meet specific business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement system and business processes.
  • Define system scopes, objectives, and develop necessary documentation.
  • Evaluate new software products for their relevance to current and future IT environments.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and document use cases effectively.
  • Support project documentation and maintain the project’s Microsoft Teams channel.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst, with a proven track record of interviewing end users and translating needs into business solutions.
  • Strong ability to scope solutions in collaboration with architects.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and facilitating requirements gathering.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
  • Business Analyst Certification.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments and software evaluation.
