Responsibilities
- Serve as a key liaison between business users and IT, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.
- Identify and recommend IT-based solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement system and business processes.
- Define system scopes, objectives, and develop necessary documentation.
- Evaluate new software products for their relevance to current and future IT environments.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and document use cases effectively.
- Support project documentation and maintain the project’s Microsoft Teams channel.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst, with a proven track record of interviewing end users and translating needs into business solutions.
- Strong ability to scope solutions in collaboration with architects.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and facilitating requirements gathering.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
- Business Analyst Certification.
- Strong understanding of IT environments and software evaluation.
