Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Cloud Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement software solutions that address complex challenges while adhering to best practices in scalability, security, and resilience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and refine software products aligned with organizational goals.
Lead efforts in low-level design and contribute to the core framework of team-based software products.
Apply critical thinking to solve intricate technical issues independently and deliver dependable outcomes.
Participate in DevOps activities, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and building expertise in subsystem support.
Mentor less experienced developers by providing training and technical guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply new techniques to improve product development and lifecycle processes.
Assist in recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and contributing to talent acquisition strategies.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and scalable cloud-based storage solutions for optimal performance.
Ensure adherence to data security and governance regulations while managing cloud platforms and data systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or cloud data development.
Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Expertise in cloud platforms like Kubernetes, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with data storage solutions, including data lakes, warehouses, and cloud services like S3.
Experience with data management systems such as NoSQL, Hadoop, or PostgreSQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify patterns in data.
Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance regulations.
