We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex Oracle Cloud Finance implementation within a hybrid higher education and healthcare environment. This is a critical role that requires deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate the challenges of regulated industries. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale cloud finance solutions and be comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This is a fast-moving project with high visibility, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and maintain momentum through go-live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of the Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance implementation project
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project planning, execution, and delivery
- Engage with both IT and business stakeholders in higher education and healthcare sectors
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and maintain strong executive presence
- Collaborate closely with the internal PMO, functional leads, and system integrators
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a focus on ERP/Finance implementations
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance implementations
- Background in both higher education and healthcare settings required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong executive presence
