Job Details

Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Wallingford, CT (Hybrid)
Duration: Long term

Must have Skills:
Java Full stack
Angular
Microservices
Spring Boot / MongoDB

Good To have Skills:
Spring Batch
Docker containers
AWS Cloud platforms
Knowledge of Drools

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java-based applications
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases including DB2 and MongoDB
Work with front-end technologies such as Angular and JQuery
Write unit and integration tests using JUnit
Collaborate with global teams, participating in code reviews, design discussions, and daily stand-ups
Utilize version control tools like Git/Bitbucket for source code management
Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in Core Java development
Strong experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA
Proficiency in developing Microservices and Web Services
Working knowledge of DB2 and MongoDB
Front-end experience with Angular and JQuery
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit)
Experience with Git and Bitbucket
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an onshore-offshore model
Willingness to relocate to Wallingford, CT

Nice to Have:
Experience with Spring Batch
Familiarity with Docker containers
Experience working with AWS Cloud platforms
Knowledge of Drools (business rule management)
