Job Details

Role: Senior Technical Product Owner/Product Manager (not technical engineers) specialized in Conversational AI (chatbots, voicebots, digital assistants)

Location Preference: Basking Ridge, NJ (primary) Or 140 West Street, Manhattan (acceptable) Or Irving, TX (if exceptional candidates are found).

Core Skills & Experience

  1. Product Ownership:

Facilitate cross-functional alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Translate complex technical concepts into simple terms and vice versa.

Lead and organize calls, create shared understanding, and drive execution.
Conversational AI Expertise:

Experience with chatbots, voicebots, or digital assistants.

Platforms: Erica (Bank of America), Rufus (Amazon), Google Assistant, Alexa, etc.

Familiarity with voice experiences (IVR, Google Home, Alexa).

Communication & Storytelling:

Ability to present ideas and solutions clearly.

Design & Visualization:

Wireframing and Figma experience (nice-to-have).

Prompt Engineering & AI Knowledge (nice-to-have):

Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs).

Tools:

Jira, Google Suite.

Google CCAI (required).

Google CES (Consumer Engagement Suite) preferred.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

The resource will collaborate with product owners, digital journey teams, design teams, marketing, legal, and customer service SMEs.

Specific areas of engagement:

Migration from CCAI to CES (Google s Consumer Engagement Suite).

Build once, deploy everywhere approach for voice, chatbot, messaging, and search.

Transition from Figma-based flows to prompt-engineered experiences using LLM/SLM models.

Enable channel-specific, adaptive conversational experiences.
