Job Title: Product Owner Digital Onboarding & Money Movement
Location: Remote (Occasional Travel Required) Must be Local to Houston, TX or Jersey City, NJ

Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Product Owner to lead digital product initiatives focused on onboarding and money movement services for wealth management platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on product ownership, and deep knowledge of financial technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital onboarding and money movement capabilities.

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and detailed requirements aligned with business objectives and client needs.

  • Prioritize and manage features across multiple workstreams and external vendors.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and vendor partners to ensure successful delivery.

  • Own and manage the product backlog; oversee sprint planning and release management.

  • Monitor performance KPIs, gather feedback, and drive continuous product improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in wealth management, retirement, or investment platforms.

  • Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives in Agile environments.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern product management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

  • Deep understanding of wealth management, broker-dealer platforms, and regulatory standards.

  • Familiarity with third-party integrations such as Fidelity, Envestnet, or Morningstar.

  • Strong grasp of API integrations and digital money movement workflows.

  • Customer-first mindset with strong product strategy and problem-solving abilities.

  • Candidates must be local to Houston, TX or Jersey City, NJ and available for occasional travel to the office.
