Job Details
We are seeking a strong Scrum Master & Agile Coach to train and guide IT Team Leads and teams in Scrum and Kanban practices. This role focuses on coaching, facilitating Agile ceremonies, improving backlog management, and driving team accountability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Coach teams and leads on Scrum & Kanban
- Facilitate daily standups, planning, reviews, and retros
- Support backlog prioritization and workflow optimization
- Identify and help remove impediments
- Strengthen collaboration and Agile process adherence
- Promote continuous improvement and incident management best practices
Required Skills:
- 5+ years working with Agile teams
- Strong Scrum & Kanban expertise
- Excellent facilitation, coaching & mentoring skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Teams, Office 365
- Agile Certification (Scrum Master minimum)
