Job Details
Job Title: Illumio Firewall Consultant
Location: Highlands Ranch, CO
Job description:
- Provide operational support for the Illumio platform including incident response, change management and performance tuning.
- Perform policy modeling and enforce segmentation strategies using Illumio PCE(Policy compute engine).
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, application, and security team to define and enforce segmentation policies aligned with Zero trust principle.
- Monitor, analyze and optimize policies using Illumio explorer, Illumination maps and traffic flow data.
- Assist in Illumio VEN agent deployment , upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in Security audits, compliance activities and ensure adherence to internal standards.
- Familiarity with Zero trust security models and micro-segmentation principles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills of networking concepts including TCP/IP, firewalls, routing and switching
- Familiarity and strong knowledge in PCI DSS is added advantage
- Experience with operating systems windows / Linux in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is a plus.
