About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Program Manager to lead the management and oversight of our global branded gear stores alongside providing analytic support for our global Recognition programs. This role will involve a blend of strategic oversight, operational excellence, and data-driven insights to enhance our employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Company Branded Merchandise (75%): This position is responsible for executing operational strategies and activities around Branded Gear, including project tracking, production, distribution, fulfillment, product design, systems maintenance and management.
  • Manage production, inventory, pricing, merchandise selection for branded gear in company branded merchandise global stores (two global stores, one in the US supporting EMEA regions and one in India supporting APAC region).

  • Manage global vendor relationships including contracts, purchase orders, budget, purchasing products, tracking projects, and ensuring deliverables are met.

  • Analyze company branded merchandise stores performance, including sales reporting and tracking, purchase forecasting, and budget adherence.

  • Provide strong creative input on merchandise design, trend-spotting, and adherence to client brand standards.

  • Review selected styles and assortments including products, and art choices, and approve all final products for appearance and quality with clients Marketing Design team.

  • Develop internal marketing and communication strategies to promote the stores and drive engagement across the organization.

  • This position is 25% analytical tasks. Candidate's must have solid analytical skills and have demonstrable excel skills including formulas.

Recognition Program Analytic Support (25%): Provide performance analysis, large-scale data manipulation and audits, ROl calculations, website and database troubleshooting.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze program data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement within the Recognition program.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track the performance and impact of the Recognition program.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the Recognition program team and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions support program goals.

  • Program Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of recognition initiatives using quantitative and qualitative data to recommend enhancements.

  • Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare the company's recognition practices against industry standards and best practices.

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on retail operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities

  • Expert using Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and modeling

  • Strong time-management, project management and organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple overlapping projects with attention to detail

  • Experience with communications, marketing, and graphic design

  • Flexible, fast paced, willing to work with ambiguity and think outside the box

  • Experience with Slack and Google Workspace

  • Agency and vendor management experience

  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
