Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure, data analytics, and business intelligence tools including Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Kinetix.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with SQL and other data querying languages.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Core Competencies:
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced, busy department. This person will Interact with peers, senior managers, and other staff in their department
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
