Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project sponsors to understand information flow and content needs; facilitate requirement gathering sessions.

Document functional and non-functional requirements, including detailed user stories.

Apply knowledge of Commercial Underwriting principles and procedures to support business objectives.

Analyze and interpret complex data sets using appropriate software tools and techniques.

Lead resolution efforts for complex issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.

Demonstrate accountability by consistently honoring commitments and taking ownership of deliverables.

Foster collaboration across diverse teams, stakeholders, and customers.

Adapt to evolving business environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations to stakeholders.

Maintain organized documentation and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within underwriting or insurance domains.

Strong understanding of underwriting management systems and workflows.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Strong presentation skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
