Role involves analyzing large datasets, developing KPIs, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align analytics with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies and governance.
- Analyze and interpret datasets to uncover trends and business opportunities.
- Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Support predictive analytics, forecasting, and customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with market research, competitive intelligence, sales, and product teams.
- Track KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Analytics or related field (Master s preferred).
- 5+ years in analytics; healthcare/biotech/diagnostics industry experience required.
- Strong skills in Excel, Tableau, Power BI (SQL preferred).
- Proven track record delivering data-driven insights to inform strategy.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $39.28 per hour.
