Are you a seasoned project leader with a passion for infrastructure and a sharp eye for data-driven execution?

We're looking for a Project Management Team Lead to drive natural gas construction projects with a focus on jurisdictional replacement work. You'll manage multiple projects across all phases-from planning and estimating to closeout-ensuring they're delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role combines technical, financial, and strategic project management, with leadership responsibilities over both projects and people.

What you'll do:
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for multiple gas infrastructure projects of various sizes and scopes.
  • Ensure projects stay aligned with scope, schedule, and budget targets while supporting company performance goals.
  • Lead internal and external stakeholders without direct authority through negotiation and collaboration.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, resource allocations, burn rates, and forecast data using tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Guide construction targets, drive delivery milestones, and facilitate cross-functional planning across Engineering, Permitting, and Construction.
  • Provide mentorship to project staff and ensure documentation and compliance standards are met throughout.

What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Project Management.
  • 7+ years of career experience, including 5+ years in utility or infrastructure project management.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is required.
  • Deep experience in project reporting, data analysis, and forecasting.
  • Proven leadership in managing scope, risks, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Familiarity with utility work management systems and industry codes/regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the natural gas sector.
  • Ability to interpret and navigate civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings and technical documents.
  • Skilled in risk evaluation and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
