Job Overview:
The Associate Records & Information Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining records and information systems, ensuring compliance with business, legal, and regulatory requirements. This entry-level role involves document imaging, data entry, and quality control, as well as the use of various software applications and office equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify information on barcode sheets and ensure the correct order and type of documents for imaging/scanning.
  • Enter attribute data into a database accurately.
  • Image/scan document file batches and maintain scanner logs.
  • Run software application data transfer sequences and ensure successful movement of documents between systems.
  • Perform quality control checks on scanned image locations.
  • Move boxes weighing up to 25 pounds safely.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Utilize office equipment, including scanners, telephones, computers, printers, and copiers.
  • Work effectively and cooperatively with others.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • System knowledge of Kofax and FileNet scanning software preferred.
  • Knowledge of business, legal, and regulatory requirements for records retention.
  • Basic understanding of procedures analysis and computer-assisted retrieval systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Capability to work with imaging reproduction machines and perform data transcription.
  • Preferred but not required: prior utilities experience.

Pay Range: $18 - $20 Hourly on W2
