Job Title: Workday Functional Senior Consultant (Core & Compensation) Location: Fremont, CA or Austin, TX / Remote

Job Description:
Delivers advanced configuration and optimization of Workday Core HCM and Compensation modules. Acts as a subject matter expert across HR and Finance functions.
Responsibilities:

  • Configure Core HCM and Compensation modules including business processes and eligibility rules.
  • Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions
  • Support annual compensation cycles and data audits.

Mentoring & Leadership:

  • Coached junior consultants on compensation configuration, resulting in improved delivery quality and reduced rework.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
