Title: HCL Portal Admin
Location: Remote
Rate: $45/hr

Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a HCL Portal Admin to support our healthcare client BCBS in a critical infrastructure role. This is a remote position, ideal for candidates with a strong background in portal administration, middleware, and enterprise WebSphere/WebServer environments. Candidates who can join immediately or with short notice are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain HCL Portal infrastructure and configurations

  • Support WebSphere Application Server and WebServer operations

  • Manage middleware environments and monitor performance

  • Handle WCM (Web Content Management) publishing and troubleshooting

  • Work in UNIX/Linux systems with scripting and automation knowledge

  • Troubleshoot incidents and provide production support as needed

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and BCBS protocols

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HCL Portal Administrator

  • Strong hands-on experience with WebSphere, WebServer, and middleware technologies

  • Proficiency in WCM operations

  • Comfortable working in UNIX/Linux environments

  • Background in healthcare IT environments preferred

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to join quickly is a must
