Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 20 IT professionals across infrastructure, networking, and desktop support.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Managed Services team, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategies with business goals.
Drive process improvements, automation, and scalability initiatives.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Technologies & Tools You'll Work With:
Networking & Security: Cisco (CCNP/CCIE preferred), Fortinet, FortiGate, firewalls, Aruba
Virtualization & Infrastructure: VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V, High Availability systems
Cloud & Productivity: Microsoft Azure (AZ-900 or AZ-104 preferred), Office 365 (MS-900, MS-100 or MS-101 preferred)
Storage & Systems: Enterprise storage solutions, Microsoft Windows OS (multiple versions)
End-User Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.), remote support tools, endpoint management

Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT leadership roles, ideally in startup environments or as a business owner.
Strong generalist background across IT domains: infrastructure, networking, desktop support, and systems administration.
Experience managing and scaling technical teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Certifications (Preferred):
o Microsoft MS-900, MS-100 or MS-101
o Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
o Cisco CCNP or CCIE
o Fortinet NSE certifications
o VMware certifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
