Description

Candidates should have hands-on experience launching new products in consumer or commercial markets. The role supports the Brand Manager in executing growth strategy by discovering and developing promising product opportunities, managing projects from ideation to market launch, and delivering strong results. You'll lead research on market trends and customer needs, and oversee the full process of bringing new products to market. This position carries P& L responsibility for assigned innovations and reports directly to the Brand Manager, Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support development of the Food Service innovation strategy
  • Help pinpoint and prioritize core product improvements to protect market position
  • Assist in building a dynamic 5-year innovation pipeline
  • Lead research on customer insights and market trends to uncover new opportunities
  • Oversee new product initiatives from concept through launch
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support sales teams with launch materials and plans
  • Manage innovation launch execution and lifecycle plannin


Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field, demonstrating foundational expertise and creativity.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on product innovation or launch experience in consumer or commercial industries.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a drive to deliver measurable results.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities, with a talent for collaborating across diverse teams.
  • Proven business acumen and analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Innovative thinker who thrives on tackling challenges and bringing fresh ideas to life.
  • Prior experience owning P& L for product launches.
  • Experience with renowned consumer or commercial brands or leading CPG organizations is a plus.
