Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce architecture and proven experience working in the telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of Salesforce solutions, including integrations with third-party systems.
- Define technical standards and best practices for Salesforce development across multiple orgs and domains.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Drive technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and code reviews to ensure quality and alignment.
- Provide hands-on development as needed, especially during critical project phases.
- Guide DevOps, CI/CD pipeline setup, and release management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform.
- Act as a mentor and provide leadership to development teams and junior architects
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect in large-scale enterprise projects.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Vlocity/OmniStudio.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with telecommunications domain and associated data models, business processes, and integrations.
- Proficient in Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred; minimum System Architect or Application Architect required.
- Experience with data migration, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with Vlocity/OmniStudio frameworks specific to telecom implementations.
- Experience in multi-cloud integration environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
- Telecom CRM systems integration (e.g., BSS/OSS systems like Amdocs, Netcracker).
