Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and manipulate large real-world datasets (claims, EHR, registries)

Build patient cohorts and derive study-ready analysis datasets

Develop, validate, and optimize analytical programs using SAS, SQL, and/or R

Support observational research, epidemiology, and RWE study designs

Generate high-quality tables, figures, and visualizations for internal and external deliverables

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Epidemiology, Biostatistics, and Clinical

Ensure data quality through rigorous validation and QC processes

What We re Looking For:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, or related field

4 7+ years of experience working with real-world healthcare data in pharma, biotech, or consulting

Strong programming skills in SAS and/or R, with working knowledge of SQL

Hands-on experience with claims and EHR data (e.g., Optum, MarketScan, Medicare, OMOP-based sources)

Solid understanding of observational research methods and real-world study workflows

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills

Preferred:

Experience supporting RWE or HEOR studies

Familiarity with OMOP CDM and cohort-building frameworks

Exposure to publication-quality analyses or regulatory-facing deliverables

Experience working in global, matrixed environments
