Job Details
Title: IAM Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months
Summary:
- 1 to 3 years IAM domain experience and any technology (SailPoint, CyberArk or Okta)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent industry experience.
Responsibilities:-
- Must be able to deliver quality work against planned timeframes for performance.
- Developing and supporting IAM solutions
- Responding to L1 and L2 support tickets
- Managing user identities and access rights
- Meet SLA's
- Flexible to work shift hours 16x7 coverage (weekends, day, and evening)
- Delivering reports, metrics, KPIs in a timely manner
- A quick learner and adaptable to changing environments.
- Build strong professional working relationships with client personnel.
- Deliver timely and high-quality work diligently.
