Summary of Duties:
Qualifications:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field of study AND Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field of study AND Five (5) years of experience, the employer will also accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field of study AND Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with the following: Software quality assurance; Complex system architecture and data flows; WebDriver based tools including Playwright; Salesforce: Standard/Custom Objects, Profiles/Permission Sets, SOQL, Apex, and Debug Logs; and Javascript/Typescript code.

Summary of Duties:
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies for team.
- Plan and execute tests to cover functional, integration, compatibility, and regression needs and report back findings to the team.
- Help lead test automation efforts, design frameworks, and suggest process improvements.
- Use and modify existing libraries/tools for automation testing.
- Decipher between basic business requirements and technical requirements.
- Create test strategies and plans for the team and assist other teams when needed.
- Identify new tools and processes for adoption.
- Write general documentation regarding QE processes and tools.
- Develop solutions to problems and communicate to both people inside and outside of the team.
- Develop key quality metrics and reports to stakeholders in the organization.
