Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Louisville, KY.

Summary:
The role involves managing multiple projects, including standardizing acquisitions (e.g., network/infrastructure, firewalls, circuits, transition to O365), collaborating with the network team, and communicating effectively. The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of projects according to established scope, schedule, and budget. This position requires collaboration with stakeholders from various departments, resource management, progress tracking, and alignment of project objectives with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
* Project Manager will define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
* Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource assignments
* Manage all phases of project execution, ensuring milestones and objectives are achieved
* Identify and address risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
* Monitor and report on project status, providing updates to stakeholders and leadership as needed
* As a Project Manager, you will coordinate internal resources and external vendors for effective project delivery
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
* Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and support ongoing improvement
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and records

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience required
* PMP or similar project management certification preferred
* 3-5 years of professional project management experience
* Experience leading cross-functional teams
* Working knowledge of project management principles
* Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
* Proficient problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Basic budgeting and cost management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
