About the Role
As a Data Management Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives within the Commercial Banking & Lending Data Governance & Metadata team. This contingent resource assignment focuses on high-impact data management challenges, requiring deep analytical expertise and cross-functional collaboration.
You will consult on complex, large-scale data initiatives, analyze multifaceted data issues, and contribute to the resolution of challenges that involve policy, compliance, and operational considerations. Your work will directly support the BSA/AML Program, ensuring data integrity and governance across critical banking functions.

Your work will directly support the BSA/AML Program, ensuring data integrity and governance across critical banking functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and consult on complex data management initiatives with broad business impact.
- Analyze and resolve large-scale or long-term data challenges involving multiple variables and unprecedented factors.
- Apply deep knowledge of data governance, compliance, and operational policies to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate strategically with internal stakeholders to align data practices with business goals.
- Support metadata management and data quality efforts within the Commercial Banking & Lending domain.
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Data Management
- Business Analysis
- Analytics
- Project Management
- Equivalent experience may include a combination of professional work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Experience supporting BSA/AML or regulatory compliance programs.
- Familiarity with metadata management tools and data governance frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- This is a contingent resource assignment aligned with the 2025 Commercial Banking RFP.
- Compensation will adhere to approved pricing for the job title and location.
