Position Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support, enhance, and maintain our ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on delivering high-quality solutions that improve business processes, increase efficiency, and ensure the platform runs reliably for daily operations. The ideal candidate has strong ServiceNow development experience, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day administration, maintenance, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
Design, develop, and implement enhancements, workflows, and integrations to support HVAC/AAON business processes.
Build and maintain catalog items, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and scripts.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure platform stability and performance.
Partner with business users to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure development follows best practices, security, and compliance standards.
Support upgrades, patches, and testing to keep the platform current.
Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and solutions.
Provide end-user support and training as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of ServiceNow development/administration experience (customizations, workflows, scripting).
Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Incident/Problem/Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Reporting, and Integrations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes; ITIL certification a plus.
Experience supporting enhancements and maintenance in an enterprise environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or facilities management industries.
Familiarity with Facilities Service Management (FSM) or field service workflows.
Exposure to integration with ERP, HR, or asset management systems.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or related certifications.
