Develop, design, architect, implement software applications, UI, frontend features, platform functionalities, scripts, cloud infrastructure and containerization, monitoring solutions, security, backend components. Review integration of payment applications in banking ecosystems, test coverage, quality in release cycles, regulations, security standards for financial transactions, testing methodologies for system, reliability, branching strategies, QA, bottlenecks, pipelines, caching, performance tuning, optimization, messaging, queues, event processing, stored procedures, triggers, legacy systems, logs. Perform performance, load, unit testing. Automate functional, integration, and regression testing. Confer with product owners, developers, and testers, and create technical documentation for code, test cases. Report test results and defects, write code. Analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have at least one (1) year of experience working with cloud infrastructure, backend systems; performing containerization, automation, validation; reviewing security; developing pipelines, stored procedures, triggers; performing performance, unit, integration, and regression testing; using Java, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, Jmeter, APIs, CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Grafana, Agile, Maven, Splunk, Microservices. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,132 to $178,150 /yr.
