- Designing and implementing testing strategies that ensure software quality and reliability.
- Creating scalable and efficient testing frameworks, selecting appropriate tools, and defining best practices.
- Leading testing teams, mentoring engineers, and driving innovation in testing methodologies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with product and business goals.
- Software and System Testing: Proficiency in tools, standards, defect detection, and resolution.
- Automation Frameworks: Experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, and CI/CD integrations.
- Service Layer Testing: Strong understanding of APIs, backend validation, and performance testing.
- Agile and BDD Practices: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Behavior-Driven Development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to articulate testing strategies and results.
- Ability to manage dynamic environments, prioritize tasks, and mentor junior engineers.
