Job Title: Project Manager/Scrum Master with EBS Technical Background
Location: Raleigh, NC OR San Jose, CA
Duration:6 months

We are seeking a Scrum Master with strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical experience to lead agile teams in delivering complex enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to EBS modules, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

  • Work closely with EBS developers and stakeholders to manage backlogs

  • Ensure timely delivery of technical solutions and enhancements

  • Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective sprint execution

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in EBS technical roles

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) preferred
