Job Title: Project Manager

Location: 10951 White Rock Road, Rancho Cordova, CA

Onsite 3 days per week, Tuesday-Thursday, remote the other 2.

Duration: 10 Months

Looking for a candidate with strong PMP/CPM/CAPM experience who is able to establish an agenda, manage different personalities, and run meetings effectively.

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Project Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and technical operations. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive schedule adherence, and contribute meaningfully to technical assessments and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings with clear documentation of outcomes.
Drive aggressive follow-up on action items, receivables, and deliverables.
Own and manage complex project schedules across multiple teams.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
Provide meaningful input in technical assessments and decision-making processes.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
Candidate Attributes

Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis.
Deep understanding of BOM hierarchy and product master data.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Solid State Physics.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing-related business.
Experience with Solid State manufacturing or mobile communication device manufacturing is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of supply chain operations and PCB fabrication processes.
