RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Brooklyn, NY that is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Human Resource Business Partner to support a dynamic business unit and provide operational and administrative support across HR functions. This hybrid role partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support organizational design, workforce planning, and staffing initiatives
* Coordinate performance management cycles and talent programs
* Assist with employee relations, investigations, and documentation
* Provide day-to-day support to HRBPs across multiple departments
* Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and maintain shared resources
* Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 4+ years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar roles
* Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters
* Excellent organizational and communication skills

Success Measures:
* Timely and accurate HR operations support
* Trusted partnerships with managers and HR colleagues
* Consistent and efficient execution of people programs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
