What It Takes:
We are seeking a confident, yet humble, IT leader who not only brings senior leadership experience and a strong work ethic to the table but also possesses a proven track record of fostering innovation within the technology space. This visionary individual must thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional, and collaborative team environment, consistently driving creative solutions and pioneering strategies to navigate complex challenges. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging emerging technologies and innovative practices to deliver transformative business outcomes, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation to change. All executive team members are required to physically work onsite at our Monroe, WI headquarters.

Ideally, you'll have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related discipline. In addition, we are looking for:
At least 12 years in a senior leadership role with a proven track record in managing diverse, cross-functional teams and holding significant accountability for strategic IT initiatives and outcomes.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the information technology domain, with a demonstrated history of increasing responsibility in areas such as digital transformation, enterprise architecture, data management, and cybersecurity.
Demonstrated excellence in developing talent, leading high-performance teams, and inspiring staff to achieve exceptional results through effective leadership and mentoring.
Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing ROI on technology investments. Proven capability in negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and service providers to support business objectives.
Mature judgment and strategic advisory skills, with the ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented advice and to make sound decisions in a complex business environment.
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for addressing complex challenges with innovative solutions.
A steadfast commitment to ethical practices and integrity in all business dealings, reinforcing a culture of trust and accountability within the organization.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, and non-technical audiences.
A strong orientation towards innovation, with a history of leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies to drive business value. Agility in adapting to rapidly changing business environments and technology landscapes.
