Role: SuccessFactors Analyst [Desktop Support]

Location - Sacramento, CA [local candidates ONLY]

Duration - 6+ months

Client Situation: Our current version of SuccessFactors Onboarding will go out of support November 2025. We must move to the next version SF Onboarding 2.0.

Job Requirements:

  • Migration to SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
  • Technical support of SuccessFactors Performance and Goals (P&G) as well as Learning Management System (LMS).

Job Skills:

  • Must have provisioning authority in SuccessFactors.
  • Must be experience in upgrading SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0 including mini
  • master for HXM.
  • Experience in Performance and Goals and LMS also needed.
  • Good documentation skills needed.
