Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Specialist!

Salesforce Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales effectiveness team to maximize the potential of Salesforce and related platforms.
  • Manage user access, troubleshoot environment issues, and provide one-on-one support for client success.
  • Work closely with Salesforce platform user groups to oversee licensing requirements across Salesforce and associated add-on tools.
  • Conduct ongoing user audits, documenting and completing necessary processes.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, utilizing filter fields and basic Excel functions (such as VLOOKUP) to compare data across multiple environments.
  • Cultivate relationships within our matrixed organization, ensuring timely communication during organizational changes via Microsoft Teams Chat/Video, Outlook, and other channels.
  • Maintain data integrity by leveraging data cleansing applications within the Salesforce platform.
  • Independently research and resolve requests related to data, access, user acceptance testing (UAT), and reporting.
  • Gather feedback from business stakeholders and end users to identify system improvement opportunities.
  • Document and communicate requirements for potential system enhancements affecting users.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in CRM, Data Validation, and Salesforce (strongly preferred experience with both Lightning and Classic).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in complex projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, along with excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in our St. Louis office as needed (up to 3 days per week) in a hybrid role.

Additional Information:
  • Purpose: Maintain Salesforce licensing and add-ons (training, mapping) to ensure usability and access. Monitor new requests and collaborate with IT to set up users correctly, including environment testing and verification.
  • Initiating auditing processes to address potential role shifts and ensure accurate information visibility.
  • Flexibility required to adapt to evolving role needs and phases, with strong potential for professional skill enhancement.
  • With the implementation of Global Instance CRM Customer Plus, this role involves maintaining both environments. Assist Product and Development teams in transitioning users from Salesforce Classic/Unlimited to GI Customer Plus. Technical experience of users varies, requiring case-by-case attention to detail.
