- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems, EMS, and digital controls.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and manage workloads with external providers.
- Track refrigerant levels and parts usage, and order and manage HVAC/R parts and supplies.
- Maintain supplier and contractor relationships.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local HVAC/R regulations and follow OSHA and EPA guidelines.
- Model ethical behavior and company values in daily operations.
Essential Skills
- 3 years of experience in HVAC/R, PM, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, repair, boiler, preventive maintenance, service, mechanical, installation, and carpentry.
- EPA Universal certification and Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of DeSoto, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $84000.00 - $87000.00/yr.
- Sign on Bonus of 2000 - Will be paid within 30 days, 1,000, and another 1,000 after 6 months
-Medical, PTO, and 401 (k) offered
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in DeSoto,TX.
